Join the Rivanna Trails Foundation

RTF and the Rivanna Trail can't survive without the commitment of the community - both in the form of volunteer work and financial support. In addition to joining one of our Saturday Work Parties or becoming a Trail Adopter, you can help build and maintain trails in the Charlottesville area by becoming a member of RTF. Your support is critical for the expense of supplies and materials to equip work parties, build bridges and river crossings, print trail guides, and to secure trail access and rights-of-way. Becoming a member also allows you to receive our annual newsletter and email notices about upcoming events and the latest Trail news.

To join the RTF or renew your membership, please complete the on-line membership form. You can pay your membership dues with a credit card or PayPal account. If you prefer to pay by mail, check the "manual" payment option and we'll activate your membership when we receive your check.

If you're interested in receiving emails with RTF news and announcements, but do not wish to become a member at this time, select the "Email Contact" membership category.

RTF is a 501(c)(3) foundation. Donations are tax-deductible within the limits of the law.

A Note on Passwords: If you are a current or former member of the RTF, or joined our email list, we should already have you in our membership database. (We began assembling a new database of members in spring 2011, combining a number of old spreadsheets and email lists.) Our membership database is email-specific, so you'll need to log in using your email address in order to renew your membership. To obtain a password, click on the "forgot password" link at the bottom of our Home page, and we'll send you information on setting/resetting a password. We appreciate your patience as we work to upgrade our database and improve the membership process.
